Meet Scott, an experienced and energetic leader with a passion for developing people, enhancing business, and helping other leaders and their teams align their work and faith.

With a successful career the spans over three decades in the financial services industry, he capitalizes on his unique experiences from business development to executive leadership to help businesses thrive.  Scott is an experienced corporate coach. His passion and God given abilities help business leaders get the most from themselves, their team members, and their companies, all oriented toward reaching their fullest potential.

Now, as a Principal Chair with C12, Scott is on a mission to help executive leaders and  business owners in Western NC who want success in their business, and significance in their personal, family, and community through an eternal perspective.

But Scott’s impact goes beyond the boardroom. Motivated by a deep sense of purpose, he serves his local church as an elder and servant leader in the areas of discipleship, leadership development, and small group ministry. His dedication to making a difference in both the corporate world and the community reflects his commitment to living out his values and leaving a positive imprint on the world around him.

He has been joyfully married to college sweetheart and best friend, Karen, for 39 years. They currently reside in Fairview, NC.
